In Person Two Session Consultation– Includes detailed review of 3-day food journal, NAQ and recommendations. Handouts. Initial visit~ 1 ½ hours. Follow up visit~ 1 hour.
In Person Four Session Consultation – Includes detailed review of 3-day food journal, NAQ and recommendations. Handouts. Initial visit ~ 1 ½ hours. Follow up visits~ 45 min to 1 hour. Second NAQ and 3-Day Food Journal review included and final session.

Does grocery shopping overwhelm you? Let me come along. Together we will tackle the isles, find new and delicious food, discuss healthy options and explore price saving strategies. One to three stores plus explore online options.
Kitchen Make Over
The kitchen is where it all beings, from delicious food to great conversations, you need a solid foundation to create lasting results. Together we will decide what to purge, what to tuck away for a while and what to keep. We will create a shopping list of things to add and can even cook up a simple recipe if you choose, I will supply the ingredients.
Meal Planning, Create a Dish
Are you confused at where to start? Do you think cooking takes too much time? Do you think your family will turn down healthy food? Let’s work together to create a week’s worth of personalized meals. We will customize the plan to your family’s likes and schedule. We can even do a little cooking together.
Option 1 -1 – 1 ½ hours. We will briefly discuss digestion, hydration, healthy carb options, fats you should be consuming and cooking with and building your plate. You will receive handouts and guides to help you make healthier decisions. If you have specific concerns we will cover these as well.
Option 2 – 3 sessions 1 – 1 ½ hours. We will dive into digestion, hydration, healthy carb options, healthy fats, vitamins/minerals, sleep and local resources for food. We will discuss: fats you should be cooking with; healthy plates for growing children and adults as well as modifications needed for various life styles; picky eaters; common deficiencies and ingredients linked to behavior disorders and vital nutrients for children.
We will spend more time on each topic and it will be more in depth than if we would only meet once. You will receive handouts and guides to help you make healthier decisions, plus grocery store shopping lists to help guide you to make better choices. I will include several samples of products you can try.
Option 3 – same as option 2 but with recipes and cooking added in during the third session. The session with cooking will be approximately 2 hours. I will provide all of the ingredients needed, you will go home with the items we make. Ideas: Mayo, Elderberry Syrup, Energy Balls, gluten free cheese crackers, Kombucha
