- 16 oz crushed ice
- 3 cups partially frozen mixes berries
- 2 bananas, frozen*
- 3 scoops collagen peptides**
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 -2 T chia seeds
- 3 T coconut oil, melted, or MCT oil
