My name is Annika. I am a wife, mom to 5, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a certified 21 Day Sugar Detox Coach. I am passionate about healthy living, cooking, baking, movement and living life to the fullest. In my opinion, food shouldn’t only look and taste good, it should be our source of real energy. Food should aid in healing when needed, assist in detoxing and provide nutrients for every function our body preforms.
What does that mean? Well, simply put, what you do our don’t put in your mouth will determine how well your brain and body will function.
